My soul shall be healed

So many stories surround me of hurt and sadness - I cannot take away their pain - some I may not even know them other than by name, some people I do know. I wish them love and prayers and while I sat here journaling I was inspired to spread great healing to all those who need to be lifted. I hope this brings joy and smiles to your day.

Here is the beginning of the page - using a tan-toned Strathmore spiral journal book.

I added numbers and a few stamps using my hand carved stamps.

Starting to take it's shape. I added another stamp in the far right corner. Started a beautiful flower in the middle as it's focal point.

Here I started to add some graph paper to give it some dimension and a place to later write a message or quote.

At this point I started to add some doodling on the left side. I brought some color to the flower using oil pastels.  Used another stamp from my talented sister.  I decided to use small letter stamps to type in "My soul shall be healed". Also at the bottom I added another phrase which states to be "Free in Spirit"

Finally the finished product. I added some more color to the flower.  Added some more color such as teal and white little circles.
